Get Approved

Once approved, you get access to your fundraising dashboard where you can set everything up.

STEP 3

Choose Your Products

Select which gelato products you want available for your fundraiser from our full product catalogue.

STEP 4

Set Your Goal & Message

Enter your fundraising goal, write a message to your community, and add a hero image to your public page.

STEP 5

Share Your Fundraiser

Share your unique fundraiser page link with your community via social media, email, or messaging.

STEP 6

Supporters Order Online

Your community visits your page, selects their gelato, and pays securely online — as guests or with an account.

STEP 7

We Deliver

All orders are compiled and the gelato is delivered to your organisation in one batch.

STEP 8

Distribute & Raise Funds

Your team distributes the gelato to supporters. Your organisation keeps the profit from every sale.

Delivery & Storage

Delivery Made Simple

Two flexible delivery options, transparent pricing, and storage support if you need it.

Delivery Options

  • Option 1:Delivery fees are taken out of your profits.
  • Option 2:Delivery fees are taken out of your profits, but each purchaser contributes $20 to help cover delivery costs.
After delivery, whatever isn't spent on delivery is passed back to you. The actual delivery cost is deducted from funds raised before they're transferred.

Delivery Costs

Charged at $0.83 per km from Romsey, VIC — including the return trip.
Example: Delivery to Melbourne's eastern suburbs (Glen Waverley) is approx. $140, or roughly 7 orders to cover costs.

Need a Storage Freezer?

Chest freezers can be made available to help with distribution. Hire is $10 per day, plus a retrieval fee for us to collect the freezer once distribution is complete (charged at the same rate as delivery). All fees are deducted from your fundraised amount before funds are transferred to you.
